Formed in 1995 Custom Blinds has steadily grown through a philosophy of supplying quality products at competitive prices together with offering a friendly, knowledgeable and efficient service to Commercial, Contract Domestic and Trade customers.
We manufacture most of the products that we supply which not only enables us to offer our products at very competitive prices but more importantly, allows us to control the quality of our products.
We have a dedicated and enthusiastic team working at Custom Blinds who all have a working knowledge of how the different blinds are manufactured which we believe is important because if you contact us with an enquiry or problem, there is a very good chance that the person who you talk to will be able to answer your question.
We believe it is very important for us to keep our promises and as such you can be sure that we will do everything within our control to meet our deadlines. Whether it be an appointment for a site survey, delivering an order on an agreed date or turning up to install your blinds on the agreed day and at the agreed time, we will be there.
Flexibility is also an important part of our service and wherever possible, we will work with our customers if they have specific requirements regarding delivery dates, installation dates, installation times, working within a specific budget or anything else that some Companies might consider too much trouble.
We have customers both large and small and have supplied a single blind to a small business through to several hundred blinds for a large office complex. We supply our Contract and Trade customers on a regular basis but we are also proud of the fact that many of our Commercial customers come back to us when they move to larger premises, refurbish their existing premises or simply just require some more blinds. |
